TENEDLE – YARD TIME – 05.23.2020

Isolation #Tenedle #yardtime #LifeinTenederland
After spending the last few days and part of the nights almost completely closed in the studio, Inge and I went out today for a walk along the Spaarne river. Typical Dutch sun and wind, beautiful day, perfect for walking, necessary to recharge and resting the ears. True, we are in isolation, although isolation personally is a necessary condition, which I am used to when I write and when I record. As in any other emotional state and moment, my little “spaceship”, the studio, helps me to go through time, to put it to music, but what would I be without the Sun and the stars?… See you soon.

TENEDLE PLAY “INSIDE TENEDLE”

PLAY “INSIDE TENEDLE” – Something new
This is the place where it all begins.
I am writing a new #Opera, not just a record, not just a movie, not just a performance. Sound will be the door to the unconscious, Words will be the door to reflections, Visuals will make the trip, the dream. Voices will be your guide… #Tenedle #D 2020-2021 #Earth #Woman Play Follow Get #InsideTenedle

UNCONSCIOUS AND CREATIVITY
“There’s s so much unpredictable and fascinating in “letting yourself go” especially with sound. When you create loops or make “sound collages”, mixing samples and noises, you are already composing.
It’s just a different way, a different “state of mind”, very much based on feeling, who leads you inside amazing dimensions. There begin everything to me… Music and sound are a fantastic medium to explore the unconscious. #Creativity can hardly exist without it”.
